Terms
Last updated 21 August 2026
These terms cover your use of Mypage. They apply if you sign up and run a page. If you are simply reading someone’s page or sending them an enquiry, none of this asks anything of you — the privacy page is the one that concerns you.
What the service is
Mypage gives you one public page at mypage.ae/your name showing who you are, the ways to reach you, and the properties you have chosen to show. People who land on it can tap through to WhatsApp, call you, or send an enquiry that we email to you.
Mypage is in beta. Features will change, and some will be removed. We will not pretend otherwise in order to look more finished than we are.
Your account
- You need to be 18 or over and entitled to work as a property agent in the market you are advertising in.
- Sign-in is by a code sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox secure — anyone who can read it can reach your account.
- One person per account. Your page represents you, not a desk that several people share.
- Your handle is yours while your account is active. We may reclaim handles that impersonate someone, that were registered only to resell, or that belong to accounts abandoned before ever publishing.
The properties you list
A listing here is a link to a portal such as Bayut, Dubizzle or Property Finder, together with the summary details you confirmed. We do not host the photographs and we do not verify any of it.
That makes the accuracy yours. You are responsible for having the right to market each property, for the price and details being correct and current, for removing what has sold or let, and for complying with the advertising rules that apply to you — including RERA permit requirements where they apply. If a listing is wrong, the person who has to answer for it is you.
Enquiries you receive
When someone enquires through your page, they are contacting you. We pass you their name and contact details and store a record of the consent they gave.
From that point you decide what happens to their information, which makes you responsible for it under applicable data protection law. Use it to answer the enquiry they actually sent. Do not add these people to marketing lists they did not ask for, do not pass their details to anyone else, and honour it promptly if they ask you to stop or to delete what you hold.
What you must not do
- Impersonate another agent, brokerage or person, or imply an affiliation you do not have.
- Advertise property you have no right to market, or list the same property under details you know to be false.
- Publish anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else’s rights — including photographs and copy you do not have permission to use.
- Attempt to break, overload, scrape or work around the limits of the service.
- Use the enquiry form to send yourself or others unsolicited mail.
We may unpublish a page or close an account that does these things. Where it is not urgent we will tell you why first.
Availability
We aim to keep Mypage up and will not take it down casually, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, supplier outages and faults happen. We do not guarantee that your page produces enquiries, that it appears in search results, or that any portal we link to stays reachable.
Ending it
You can leave whenever you like. Deleting your account in Settings removes your page, your listings and the enquiries sent to you, immediately and permanently. Your handle returns to the pool.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will give you reasonable notice and a way to take your data with you.
Liability
Mypage is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost business, lost enquiries, lost profit, or for any dealing between you and someone who contacted you through your page. What happens after a prospect reaches you is between the two of you.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and we will tell you in the product when a change materially affects you. Continuing to use Mypage after that means you accept the change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
